The 7DS Incubator is a special program for startup companies, small brokerages, and others who are interested in truly innovating and changing the real estate industry. We are entrepreneurs ourselves, and we know how valuable the right professional advice can be at the earliest stages of a company’s life. Yet that is precisely when we couldn’t afford to hire the right professionals due to cost.
Having been beneficiaries of programs at law firms, consultancies, and other professionals who offer programs to emerging companies, we wanted to return the favor and make it possible for those who are long on vision and enthusiasm, but short on funding, to work with us. We can only take a very limited number of clients in the Incubator program, but we want to help the next generation of leaders in real estate realize their vision.
How It Works
We make available the full range of services which we offer to our enterprise clients to selected companies at a steeply discounted flat monthly retainer. We work with you to grow your company and help you achieve your potential.
We believe that the true innovators are out there plugging away at startups, small companies, and perhaps even on their own, after work. Our hearts are with you, and we’d love to help you succeed. But we know enough of you, have spoken to enough of you, who have great ideas and great vision, and need some help to make them reality. We understand. We’ve been there. We’ll be there again.
